I ordered the Natural Titanium version, but it appears to have a more golden tone, which looks awkward when matched with my phone’s gold screen. Additionally, it has a small dent on one corner, possibly caused during shipping, and the slipper seems affected as well. The design itself is good, but improvements are needed considering the issues mentioned above.
Unfortunately, I cannot return it right now since I’m traveling and left it at my place. However, I would like to request either a refund or an exchange for the black color version in proper condition, without any corner damage.
