Not happy with your color choices? Picked the wrong size? New equipment after placing an order? We'll be happy to replace it for you! You are welcome to choose our exchange service on the website within 30 days of purchase.
Once a customer accepts a replacement for any item, they will no longer be eligible for a refund or refund of the original order. If an item is damaged by a drop, we can no longer provide a refund, only a replacement.
Photos are required for all product issues/warranty claims.
- If you accept an exchange of the same product.
You only need to pay the shipping fee, (the product is completely free) and we will resend the package for you.
- If you do not want to accept an exchange of the same product:
You can choose items with the same value, if the value is not the same, please pay the additional price difference.

We cannot provide refunds for any replacement or warranty claim items.
We cannot provide refunds for any items that are free as a result of promotions such as buy one get one free or contests/gift boxes. However, these are still eligible for warranty. If you contact our support team they will be happy to assist you further.
We cannot provide refunds or returns for used glass screen protectors. We can only offer store credit for the glass screen protector or replacement quantity.
We do not accept returns for refunds if damaged items are damaged due to drops, falls, etc.
