Its a quality issue and per their return statement, should qualify for a return however they will haggle you to accept a 10% refund of the original cost or request you pay for the return shipping which will be almost 4 or 5 times the cost you originally paid.

Not worth the $$
I appreciate this case for it's for & finish because it looks expensive on my phone. Unfortunately, I only enjoyed it for 48 hours because it fell out of my pocket in my kitchen and it completely cracked after falling on the floor from less than about 2 feet. I appreciate that the company offered a replacement case but made me pay for shipping which makes the case even more expensive 🫰 Love the way it looks and feels but not happy that it broke instantly from one accident.

Precision made beautiful frame type case with one major flaw
The thing is beautiful. Minor flaw, it makes the phone more slippery when on a desk, especially if you have the blue leathery backed OP13, but the very majority flaw is that the case blocks GPS signal making it unusable for driving unless you remove the case.
